We are seeking a skilled Trainer and Assessor to join our team in Sydney, NSW. As a Professional Training and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment services to students in various qualifications.

**About the Opportunity:**

  • Develop and deliver online training programs with the option to conduct face-to-face training in Individual Support, Allied Health, Aged Care, or Community Services.
  • Skill students in a minimum of Cert II and Cert III to enhance their career prospects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum materials.

**Requirements:**

  • Hold a current TAE40116 qualification including LLN or TAE 401A and TAEASS502 or 502B.
  • possess a minimum Cert III in Individual Support (Disability, Aged, or Home and Community).
  • Be a driven, supportive, and community-minded individual who can work effectively with learners from diverse backgrounds.
  • Demonstrate excellent training facilitation and assessment skills within the vocational education sector.
  • Hold current industry experience to share knowledge and skills with students.
  • Be willing to travel to multiple site locations.
