Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Training Specialist to join our team at Permhunt. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our company.

About the Role

The Clinical Training Specialist will play a critical role in promoting the safe and effective use of our client's medical devices. The APAC clinical team is responsible for producing and delivering product training on our client's portfolio for direct and distributor teams. This involves collaborating with clinical affairs and corporate training to develop didactic and hands-on training materials that cater to different learning styles.

The ideal candidate will have expert-level knowledge of relevant therapeutic areas and products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for educating clinicians and allied health professionals on the benefits and correct usage of our client's medical devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and maintaining expert-level knowledge of relevant therapeutic areas and products.
  • Educating clinicians and allied health professionals on the benefits and correct usage of our client's medical devices.
  • Providing case support across regions, including device preparation, usage, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Promoting and undertaking resident and medical students' education programs across regions.
  • Facilitating workshops and providing didactic and hands-on training to meet the needs of individual institutions.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with hospital personnel at all levels, identifying key decision-makers, and opening doors to other departments for future sales opportunities.
  • Responding to customer needs and complaints regarding products or services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated ability for content creation of written and recorded education materials.
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks, plan proactively, and foresee potential problems.
  • Leadership competencies and excellent technology skills.
  • Experience with clinical support and product training, preferably 3-5 years in a similar role.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Location
