Job Description:

About the Role:

The Training & Quality Specialist plays a key role in implementing and supporting the delivery of both new initiatives and driving continued improvements. This role involves facilitating individual and team training as required, designing and preparing training programs, materials, and manuals, monitoring interactions of sales teams to observe and identify areas of focus, and leading calibration sessions with sales teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate individual and team training for employee induction, process, and technology changes, new company programs, and initiatives.
  • Design and prepare training programs, materials, and manuals to support the development of sales teams.
  • Monitor sales team interactions to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training and coaching programs.
  • Lead calibration sessions with sales teams and stakeholders to ensure consistent performance standards.
  • Present key themes and insights to senior leaders and advocate for process and training improvements.
Requirements:
  • Understanding of adult learning styles, including effective existing and emerging teaching methodologies, technologies, and tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and co-operation.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand operational and systems requirements of the business and apply them to the development of processes and training.
  • Experience with CRM and Salesforce, with a strong understanding of B2B sales principles.
  • Experience with Quality Assurance in a call centre environment and providing feedback, training, and coaching to individuals.
  • High level of attention to detail and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and sales processes.
