Real Estate Private Equity Associate

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate to join our Real Estate Private Equity team at Capstone Recruitment Pty Ltd. As an Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our investment activities, including deal sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the analysis and evaluation of potential investment opportunities, including financial modeling and market research.
- Conduct due diligence on potential investments, including reviewing financial statements, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Support the development of investment strategies and recommendations to senior management.
- Assist in the management of existing investments, including monitoring financial performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including investment managers, analysts, and other support teams.
Requirements
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with experience in financial software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the real estate private equity industry.
