We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investment Associate to join our team at Atlam Group. As an Investment Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our Private Equity business, focusing on alternate real estate asset classes.
Key Responsibilities- Financial modeling to assess investment opportunities and strategic transactions.
- Preparation of investment committee papers for new transactions, strategic transactions, and development sites.
- Assist in overseeing investment approvals, due diligence, structuring, documentation through to completion.
- Strategic asset and portfolio management, working with JV partners and consultants.
- Work with the wider property team to promote business development opportunities.
- Manage key stakeholders and build relationships with investors, development partners, tenants, and financiers.
We are looking for an individual with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. You will have a strong understanding of financial modeling, investment analysis, and portfolio management.
