Real Estate Private Equity Associate

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate to join our Real Estate Private Equity team at Capstone Recruitment Pty Ltd. As an Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our investment activities and contributing to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the analysis and evaluation of investment opportunities, including financial modeling and due diligence.
- Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify potential investment opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of investment memoranda and other marketing materials.
- Support the ongoing management of clients and assist in the monitoring and management of existing investments.
- Contribute to the development of business strategies and assist in the implementation of investment plans.
Requirements
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with experience in financial modeling software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Passion for growth and development within the real estate private equity industry.
Desirable Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a related field, such as investment banking, private equity, or real estate.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and instruments, including debt and equity.
- Experience with financial modeling software, such as Excel or Bloomberg.
