Private Credit Real Estate Investment Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Private Credit Real Estate Investment Analyst to join our team at Platinum Pacific Partners. As a key member of our Property Investment team, you will be responsible for originating, executing, and managing private credit deals across a wide range of property opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Originate and execute private credit deals, including mezzanine and preferred equity positions, as well as first and second mortgages.
- Work closely with the existing Investment Manager to develop and implement investment strategies.
- Conduct financial due diligence, documentation, and real estate investing.
- Manage and monitor the performance of existing investments, ensuring alignment with targeted return hurdles.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including capital partners and borrowers, to drive deal execution and portfolio growth.
- 2-4 years of professional experience in private debt or real estate transaction-related roles.
- Strong understanding of financial due diligence, documentation, and real estate investing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and delivery.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
