About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Associate to join our Real Estate Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will work on a broad range of real estate finance matters, including secured and unsecured, syndicated, club, and bilateral facilities, both cross-border and domestic. You will have the opportunity to work on complex real estate debt transactions, including large syndicated financing transactions, development finance, and non-bank lending transactions.
You will be part of a close-knit team working closely with leading real estate finance partners who will enable you to build your professional brand, team leadership, and client skills.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with making informed decisions on complex real estate finance matters
- Provide technical drafting and communication skills to support clients and colleagues
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality results and exceed client expectations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, peers, and industry contacts
- Mentor and support more junior lawyers in the group
