About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our Real Estate Finance team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will work on a diverse range of real estate finance matters, including secured and unsecured transactions, cross-border and domestic deals, and real estate debt and equity transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with complex real estate finance transactions, including secured and unsecured deals
  • Work closely with partners and other team members to deliver high-quality results
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry contacts
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the Real Estate Finance team
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in real estate finance and/or real estate private equity
  • Strong technical drafting and communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate commercial terms and assist clients with making difficult decisions
  • Client-focused mindset, responsive manner, and ability to form enduring relationships with peers, clients, and industry contacts
  • Team player attitude, collaborative method, and collegial style, with ability to mentor junior lawyers
