About the role:Service Marketing Solutions Specialist

  • Manage service contract renewals and identify opportunities for consolidation and growth.
  • Build strong relationships with key customer accounts and deliver tailored business insights.
  • Support tenders, customer presentations, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Collaborate with sales, service, and business development teams on customer offerings and upgrade plans.

About you:

  • Tafe or university qualifications in medical, engineering/technology, or business (healthcare background preferred).
  • 3+ years' experience in diagnostic imaging or the biomedical industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a basic understanding of financial targets.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
