Job Overview: We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development of innovative marketing solutions. As a Marketing Cloud Senior Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering best-of-breed solutions to clients using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with a team of Salesforce experts to design and deliver client-centric solutions
  • Conduct discovery workshops to gather requirements, establish understanding, and define problems to be solved
  • Develop high-level solutions to address business challenges, presenting findings to stakeholders for approval
  • Ensure quality assurance of solutions delivered by technical teams
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in implementing Marketing Cloud projects across various industries
  • Strong grasp of customer management, business analysis, customer/user experience, and multi-channel digital marketing principles
  • Basic understanding of SQL, HTML, CSS, AMP Script, and database management concepts
  • Desirable Salesforce Certifications: Email Specialist, Consultant, Administrator, Data Cloud Consultant, Account Engagement Specialist, and Account Engagement Consultant
