Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Cloud Senior Functional Consultant to join our Salesforce practice team of experts.

This role involves working with our team to deliver best-in-class solutions for clients by running discovery and co-design workshops, developing solutions to address problems, and documenting the final solution in As-Built Solution Design.

To succeed in this role, you will need a firm grasp of key principles such as customer management, business analysis, customer/user experience, multi-channel digital marketing, integration patterns and tools, database management, and basic understanding of SQL, HTML, CSS, AMP Script.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with a team of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experts to deliver best-in-class solutions for clients
  • Run discovery and co-design workshops to gather requirements and establish understanding of current state
  • Develop solutions to address problems and document them in To-Be Solution Design
  • Presentation of solution to gain stakeholder approval
  • Quality assurance of solution delivered by technical team
  • Document details of the final solution in As-Built Solution Design
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Firm grasp of key principles for customer management, business analysis, customer/user experience, multi-channel digital marketing, integration patterns and tools, database management, and basic understanding of SQL, HTML, CSS, AMP Script
  • Desirable Salesforce Certifications: Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Administrator, Salesforce Administrator, Data Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Consultant
