Are you passionate about driving business growth through creative marketing strategies? We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Solution Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative demand generation initiatives that connect with small and medium enterprise buyers.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a results-driven marketing professional with a strong background in B2B SaaS and community engagement. As a key contributor to our global demand generation team, you will design and execute high-impact campaigns that drive qualified pipeline for our SME business. Your expertise will help us build strong relationships with our customers and drive long-term growth.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to the SME segment
  • Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and digital teams to localize content, generate demand, and drive qualified pipeline
  • Design and execute high-impact campaigns that connect with small and medium enterprise buyers where they already learn and engage
  • Monitor and contribute to discussions on LinkedIn, Reddit, G2, and other online communities; share content, answer questions, spark engagement
  • Create new content with relevance to SME buyers; adapt global content (blogs, videos, carousels) to APAC context
  • Collaborate with global marketing team on content strategies and create regional content that supports organic growth and aligns with keyword strategies
  • Execute digital ads and campaigns aimed at SMEs
  • Track UTMs, attribution, conversion rates, and performance metrics; share insights with the global demand team
  • Oversee WorkJam's presence on G2 and other review platforms; drive review collection to maintain strong ratings
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Master's degree in marketing or digital strategy is a plus
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or community marketing
  • Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles and SME buyer behavior, particularly in Australia and New Zealand, with ability to scale globally
  • Proven success in driving pipeline through Reddit, LinkedIn, reviews sites, and niche online communities
  • Strong content creation skills, including short-form video, memes, and carousel formats
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Digital teams and to work independently with a team in North America
  • Tech-savvy with experience using a full stack of marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Semrush, Pardot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Reddit Ads, Canva, and Figma
