About the Role

Digital transformation is a key driver for businesses looking to innovate and stay competitive. As a Senior Functional Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients achieve their goals through the implementation of Marketing Cloud solutions.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of customer management, business analysis, and digital marketing principles. They will be able to design and deliver best-of-breed solutions that meet the needs of clients, leveraging their expertise in integration patterns and tools, database management, and basic programming skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a team of experts to deliver top-notch solutions to clients
  • Run workshops to gather requirements, establish understanding of current state, define problems to be solved, and develop solutions
  • Presentation of solution to gain stakeholder approval, quality assurance of solution delivered by technical team, and documentation of final solution

Requirements

  • Firm grasp of principles for customer management, business analysis, customer/user experience, multi-channel digital marketing, integration patterns and tools, database management, and basic understanding of SQL, HTML, CSS, AMP Script
  • Desirable Salesforce Certifications: Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Administrator, Salesforce Administrator, Data Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Consultant
