**Job Overview**
We are seeking a seasoned Financial Controller to lead our finance team and drive financial performance.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to manage a team of three, and possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
  • Lead and drive financial performance for the AUS division
  • Review and provide oversight of all financial reports from the team
  • Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process, both monthly and yearly
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and government requirements, including tax
  • Participate in financial projects, when applicable
  • Look for potential improvements in financial systems and processes
  • Stakeholder management and liaison with external auditors

**Requirements**
  • A tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance
  • CA or CPA qualification, preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards
  • Experience in a similar role, manufacturing sector preferred
  • Experience with SAP
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team of three
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
