About the Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to step into a newly created leadership role where you'll drive financial performance, operational efficiency and governance across nationally recognized high-performance programs.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Develop and manage program budgets, financial reporting, forecasting and funding allocations across national and state programs.
Prepare grant acquittals and compliance reporting for key funding bodies ensuring transparency and alignment with grant conditions.
Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to senior leaders to support planning, resource allocation and decision-making.
Oversee governance frameworks including risk management policy development and internal compliance across the high-performance portfolio.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance financial capabilities and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Drive process and system improvements to increase operational efficiency and financial control.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders including funding bodies national sporting organizations and state partners.
