Job Title: Financial Leadership Role

This is a challenging role for an experienced finance professional to lead and develop our finance team, direct and oversee all aspects of the financial functions for the group, and advise our leadership team and business leaders on the financial aspects of current activities and proposed plans or projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage month-end reporting for accurate financial insights
  • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and related systems to ensure seamless operations
  • Strategically manage cash flow, including borrowings and treasury, to maintain financial stability
  • Collaborate with the development team on project feasibility studies and detailed financial modelling and analysis
  • Foster strong relationships with external partners such as auditors, project investors, insurance brokers, and banks
  • Prepare statutory accounts and returns, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar finance leadership role, preferably within construction or development
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial modelling and analysis are essential
