Financial Expertise Partner Job Description

In this strategic role, you will work closely with our financial team to provide expert guidance and support. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a global brand in the Manufacturing industry and drive long-term career growth.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide financial leadership and support to department heads.
  • Analyse financial performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and present financial reports to senior management.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor key financial metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Assist with strategic decision-making by delivering accurate financial data.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Certified Accountant / Certified Public Accountant / Chartered Financial Analyst qualification.
  • Proven ability to partner with Heads of Department and General Managers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and addressing financial challenges.
  • A collaborative mindset and a focus on achieving business goals.
