Job Summary
  • Partner with operational and commercial teams to drive strategic financial outcomes across manufacturing, supply chain, and sales functions.
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Deliver insightful analysis on product performance, cost drivers, and investment opportunities to support decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models to evaluate capital expenditure, pricing strategies, and margin improvement initiatives.
  • Provide commercial support for new product development, market expansion, and strategic projects.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying risks and opportunities to improve profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with ASX reporting standards and internal governance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to influence business strategy and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes with accurate and timely reporting.
Key Requirements
  • A degree in Accounting / Finance.
  • CA / CPA Qualified.
  • Big 4 / Mid Tier experience is highly regarded.
  • Experience in the Manufacturing / FMCG or an ASX environment is highly regarded.
  • Proven capability to partner with Sales and Marketing stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
