Job Summary- Partner with operational and commercial teams to drive strategic financial outcomes across manufacturing, supply chain, and sales functions.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Deliver insightful analysis on product performance, cost drivers, and investment opportunities to support decision-making.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to evaluate capital expenditure, pricing strategies, and margin improvement initiatives.
- Provide commercial support for new product development, market expansion, and strategic projects.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying risks and opportunities to improve profitability.
- Ensure compliance with ASX reporting standards and internal governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to influence business strategy and drive continuous improvement.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes with accurate and timely reporting.
- A degree in Accounting / Finance.
- CA / CPA Qualified.
- Big 4 / Mid Tier experience is highly regarded.
- Experience in the Manufacturing / FMCG or an ASX environment is highly regarded.
- Proven capability to partner with Sales and Marketing stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
