About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join our team at Shadforth Civil Contractors. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing Civil Construction projects in the Ipswich to Lockyer Valley Corridor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Oversee project planning, programming tasks, and ensure project compliance.
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring effective communication and satisfaction.
  • Team Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of construction teams and subcontractors, addressing and resolving performance issues as needed.
  • Cost Management: Report on production costs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Procurement and Logistics: Handle the procurement of machinery, equipment, and materials, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in Civil Construction, with previous experience in delivering subdivision projects highly regarded.
  • Skills: Strong skills in managing client relationships, proven ability to build positive relationships with subcontractors, and exceptional people management abilities.
