**About the Role**

An exciting opportunity has been created in our Corporate Services team for an experienced Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join us on a permanent and full time basis. The role will support the planning, execution and tracking of the marketing and communications strategy and plan. The primary purpose of the role is to strengthen the CPM brand and communications to internal and external audiences, increasing awareness, engagement and disposition to the brand and our people.

**Skills | Experience | Qualifications**
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field
- Post graduate experience working in marketing and/or communications role
- Strong verbal, written and visual communication skills
- Interviewing skills and the ability to create content from team members’ stories & input
- Creative content creation skills
- Website management skills
- Experience in the use of social media (primarily LinkedIn) for marketing, communications & business development
