We’re on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to play an integral role in overseeing Civil Construction projects in the Ipswich to Lockyer Valley Corridor.  You will have the opportunity to take the lead on your projects, with strong support from our Senior Leaders and experienced team members.

You'll be coordinating multiple projects across Infrastructure, Subdivisions, Community Projects, and Roadworks.

About you
You’ll be a tertiary qualified Civil Engineer, with a solid understanding and experience of civil construction and subdivision works. You will demonstrate excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills in order to deliver projects to agreed outcomes.   

Key responsibilities will be:

  • Oversee project planning, programming tasks, and ensure project compliance.
  • Manage and maintain client relationships.
  • Monitor the performance of construction teams and subcontractors.
  • Address and resolve performance issues.
  • Report on production costs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Handle the procurement of machinery, equipment, and materials.

About you

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Civil Construction, previous experience in delivering subdivision projects will be highly regarded
  • Strong skills in managing client relationships.
  • Proven ability to build positive relationships with subcontractors.
  • Exceptional people management abilities.
