Project Manager or Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to play a key role in overseeing Civil Construction projects in our Ipswich to Lockyer Valley Corridor. You will have the opportunity to lead your projects, with strong support from our Senior Leaders and experienced team members.

You will be coordinating multiple projects across Infrastructure, Subdivisions, Community Projects, and Roadworks.

About You

You will be a tertiary qualified Civil Engineer, with a solid understanding and experience of civil construction and subdivision works. You will demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills to deliver projects to agreed outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee project planning, programming tasks, and ensure project compliance.
  2. Manage and maintain client relationships.
  3. Monitor the performance of construction teams and subcontractors.
  4. Address and resolve performance issues.
  5. Report on production costs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  6. Handle the procurement of machinery, equipment, and materials.
Minimum Requirements
  1. Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
  2. Minimum 3 years' experience in Civil Construction; previous experience in delivering subdivision projects will be highly regarded.
  3. Strong skills in managing client relationships.
  4. Proven ability to build positive relationships with subcontractors.
  5. Exceptional people management abilities.
