Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Receptionist to join our team at Bradnam's Windows and Doors in Bundaberg.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, handling mail and packages, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and preparing documents.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Bradnam's products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a reception or administration capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
