Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Bradnam's Windows & Doors in Bundaberg.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our growing department.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and contribute to sales targets;
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Bradnam's products and stay up-to-date with current building codes;
- Identify areas for improvement in sales and administration processes;
- Work closely with our credit department and support fellow members of the customer service team;
- Ensure compliance with all site requirements regarding safety protocols and procedures.
- Previous experience in a customer-focused role, preferably in administration or reception;
- Accurate data entry skills and proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues;
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on attention to detail;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
