Customer Service Representative

Auswide Bank is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Customer Care Team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner
- Discuss with confidence the Bank's range of products and services, and seize opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products when appropriate
- Provide clear direction and instruction to customers regarding their enquiries
- Act as the 'Voice of the Customer' to champion change and improvement to enhance our customers' experience
- Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets and KPIs
- Ensure all interactions are conducted in accordance with the Bank's regulatory obligations, procedures, and policies
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who possesses excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will also require:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet qualitative and quantitative call target requirements
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to develop effective Microsoft Office and Core Banking systems knowledge
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate processes clearly and methodically
- Willingness to develop expertise in the Bank's Policy, Procedures, and Regulatory requirements
- Resilience, patience, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
