Job Title: Hospitality Operations Manager

We are seeking a professional and ambitious individual to lead our Food and Beverage operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing various venues within the hotel, including room services, rooftop bars, and conference facilities.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant tertiary qualifications, previous experience in a similar capacity, preferably within a hotel environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will also have the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, build strong relationships with internal and external customers, and adapt to changing circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and financial performance.
  • Supervise staff, provide training, and conduct performance management.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in hospitality or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a hotel environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol and First Aid certificates.
  • Full work rights in Australia.
