The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, staff, and referring veterinarians through workflow oversight and office administrative duties.

This role requires a full-time Hospital Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service and support the day-to-day operations of the hospital.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing administrative support to the hospital team
- Managing the flow of patients and ensuring smooth communication between staff and clients
- Collaborating with the management team to achieve business objectives
- Developing and implementing administrative procedures to improve efficiency
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a veterinary or health service administration role
- Excellent client communication and customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a busy environment and cope with emergency and stressful situations
