About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join our leadership team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in upholding our high standards of service, safety, and compliance.

You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team members, monitoring service delivery, and ensuring adherence to policies and relevant legislation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day operations to ensure seamless execution
  • Directing and managing team members duties and performance
  • Monitoring and managing service delivery, compliance, and incident response
  • Ensuring adherence to club policies and relevant legislation
  • Handling patron enquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution with professionalism
  • Conducting opening and closing procedures, cash reconciliation, and reporting
  • Liaising with senior management to execute operational initiatives

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a management role in hospitality or licensed venues, hold current NSW RSA & ARCG accreditation, and possess strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Apart from the primary duties mentioned above, the chosen candidate must also possess sound knowledge of club operations, customer service, and compliance requirements. Furthermore, they should be able to manage high-pressure situations with calmness and confidence, and be flexible to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a management role in hospitality or licensed venues
  • Current NSW RSA & ARCG accreditation
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Sound knowledge of club operations, customer service, and compliance requirements
  • Ability to manage high-pressure situations with calmness and confidence
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster
