Job Overview

This role offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. As a Duty Manager, you will oversee daily operations and drive results through effective leadership, exceptional customer service, and robust risk management.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in management roles within hospitality or licensed venues, along with strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Current NSW RSA & ARCG accreditation is also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations and manage staff duties and performance, ensuring seamless execution of events and services.
  • Monitor and manage service delivery, compliance, and incident response to maintain high standards and minimize risks.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and club regulations.
  • Build strong relationships with patrons, handling enquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution with professionalism and tact.
  • Conduct opening and closing procedures, cash reconciliation, and reporting to ensure accurate records and timely information.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in management roles within hospitality or licensed venues.
  • Current NSW RSA & ARCG accreditation.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Sound knowledge of hospitality operations, customer service, and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to manage high-pressure situations with calm confidence and resilience.
