About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our Stryker Australia Pty Ltd team in WA, SA, and NT. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing our business in hospitals and aged care facilities by building strong customer relationships, providing tailored clinical solutions, and demonstrating long-term customer value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to promote and sell Stryker Vocera products to meet customer needs
  • Identify, qualify, and close new customer sales opportunities in designated territory
  • Build and maintain executive and key customer relationships through the C-suite to build trust and close deals
  • Collaborate with internal partners and teams to ensure positive communication and effective use of corporate resources
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
  • 4+ years of successful direct healthcare sales experience in areas such as technology, software, services, medical devices, wireless communications, or pharmaceuticals
  • Executive presence and influencing skills, with excellent negotiation and sales closure abilities
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers
  • Solid understanding of communication technology trends and industry dynamics in healthcare
  • Ability to effectively convert leads into new relationships and closed deals
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of creativity and innovation
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding sales quotas
