The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our Upper Extremities division in Adelaide, South Australia.
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for strategically promoting and selling Stryker products to meet our customers' needs.
You will manage your territory and become a product expert while providing clinical and technical expertise in the hospital setting.
You will plan your territory and track your progress, proactively communicating your findings with your Regional Manager.
You will solve product problems using product knowledge and quick thinking.
You will be present in the operating theatre to assist surgeons and theatre staff maximise the use and application of Stryker products.
You will manage and maintain your sample inventory of products.
Responsibilities
- Strategically promote and sell Stryker products to meet our customers' needs
- Manage your territory and become a product expert while providing clinical and technical expertise in the hospital setting

Requirements
- Experience and exposure to sales negotiation and business development practices including territory planning, customer management and lead generation and conversion
- A strong desire to make a mark in a territory with high growth potential
- A previous track record of exceptional performance in medical device sales (preferred)
- Knowledge of the medical / hospital markets (preferred)
