We are seeking a seasoned retail property executive to oversee a diverse portfolio of assets. This individual will be responsible for protecting and enhancing these properties while delivering exceptional services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the operational performance and maintenance of assets within the portfolio.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, resolving escalated issues and overseeing communication.
  • Lead budget management, financial reporting, and achievement of financial KPIs.
  • Maintain superior client and stakeholder relationships through exceptional service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Demonstrated success in portfolio management.
  • Excellent communication skills and financial acumen.
  • Advanced Microsoft proficiency.
