Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Executive Commercial Property Leader to join our team. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for managing a prestigious commercial property portfolio in Perth. Your primary objective will be to ensure exceptional service delivery to clients while maximizing financial returns and maintaining the overall performance of the property.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, contractors, staff, and other stakeholders
  • Lead a diverse team of professionals in delivering services and championing customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance reliability, efficiency, and operational excellence across the portfolio
  • Manage full profit and loss statements, capital expenditure budgets, financial analysis, and reporting
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in commercial property management, preferably with a background in managing premium assets
  • Demonstrated people management skills and ability to lead, inspire, and engage teams
  • Proven track record in driving change and business improvement initiatives
  • A self-starter with strong business development acumen and customer focus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
