We are seeking an experienced Retail & Commercial Property Manager to join our team, replacing a long-term retiring team member.
This is a key leadership role within our business, a leading property group specializing in retail and commercial management, leasing, marketing, and sales across Western Australia.
The position involves working with high-value clients invested in landmark assets. Candidates should have stable tenure in similar retail property roles.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing property portfolios, contractors, and stakeholders
- Monitoring budget variances and recovery processes
- Handling billing, invoices, and disbursements
- Preparing reports, budgets, and owner documents
- Maintaining communication with owners and ensuring compliance
- Resolving tenant issues
- Conducting property inspections
- Ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations
- Strategic planning with leasing teams

Applicants should have excellent written and financial skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), experience with management systems like MRI or Cirrus8, and a strong understanding of current property markets.
