Retail Property Expert

We are seeking a skilled Retail Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail division, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of retail assets in Western Australia.
Your main objective will be to meet the financial and performance targets of your portfolio on a monthly and annual basis. You will also be responsible for liaising with all stakeholders to provide and present a first-class management service.
This role will play an integral part in maximising revenue and capital value of assets. Other responsibilities include reviewing and executing lease renewals, annual rent reviews, tenant retention strategies, working with leasing consultants, and ensuring a strong level of rapport with support staff.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Previous experience managing a portfolio within a commercial property agency;
- An understanding of Retail Tenancy Act regulations;
- A high level of numeracy/financial skills;
- Tertiary education in a finance or property-related field is desirable but not essential;
- Exceptional communication skills;
- And enthusiasm and a passion for retail.
