Commercial Leasing Administrator

Job Description:

This is a key role in our leasing team, supporting four leasing executives with the management of their leasing deals. The successful candidate will have a high level of organisation, accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring that all documentation is compliant and accurate.

The Commercial Leasing Administrator will be responsible for preparing and drafting retail leasing documents, disclosure packs and offers to lease. They will also manage lease transaction files, update and improve leasing management systems and databases, conduct property-related searches and liaise with solicitors, tenants and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and draft retail leasing documents, disclosure packs and offers to lease
  • Accurately prepare and finalise documents for execution
  • Manage lease transaction files and ensure documentation is compliant
  • Update and improve leasing management systems and databases
  • Conduct property-related searches (Landgate, ASIC etc.)
  • Liaise with solicitors, tenants and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in commercial lease administration or paralegal background with relevant documentation experience
  • Strong knowledge of leases, property management and reporting systems
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate documentation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Confident working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
