What We Are Looking For...
We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic, motivated andexperienced Property Managerto come and join the SPG Family
We love hard-working people who are customer-focused and team players.
This is a full-time opportunity with flexible working conditions.
You will play a key role within our team of 7 fabulous property managers, as well as manage your own portfolio of approximately 80 residential properties.
This role will be responsible for ensuring all customers are supported in a professional, timely and efficient manner.
On any given day you may find yourself on the road meeting and greeting our customers in our very own SPG Company vehicle that you can use for client appointments.
Other days, you'll be working with our property managers and continuing to look for ways that SPG can offer our customers the best service in the market
And....
you won't have to do any Trust Accounting or PCRs
What You'll Do
You will deliver amazing levels of service and assist customers with all enquiries, via phone, email, or in person as required
You'll be on the front foot with identifying customer needs and providing information in a timely manner
You'll always maintain a high level of professionalism and provide necessary follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
You'll be a champion of data by collating valuable customer feedback and continuously looking at ways to innovate our internal processes
You will relish the opportunity to become a superuser of our Property Tree software and become the go-to "guru" in the office
Most importantly, you'll continue to drive a culture of positivity and enthusiasm throughout the office.
Who you are and what you've done....
.
You will have at least 3 years proven experience in Property Management roles
Ideally, you will have prior experience with Property Tree software, but that's ok if you don't.
What matters to us is that you're willing to learn
You are professional, yet down to earth and have a warm and friendly approach to clients
Your ability to work both independently and as part of a team towards common goals is something you pride yourself on
Written and verbal communication skills are a serious strength of yours
Your attention to detail, can-do attitude, and ability to learn quickly are what will make you perfect for this role
You love to solve problems and get great satisfaction when you find the answer.
But, you also love to share your learnings with others
You are a true team player with exceptional time management and conflict resolution skills.
