Customer Engagement Specialist

Job Description:

This role plays a critical part in transforming customer engagement through seamless orchestration of campaigns, real-time personalization, and data-driven decision-making.

The successful candidate will have deep platform knowledge, strong technical acumen, and a strategic mindset to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that align marketing initiatives with business outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Build advanced customer journeys with real-time triggers and behavior-based targeting.
  2. Lead Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email, Journey, Mobile, Automation Studio) implementations and ensure seamless integration with CRMs, CDPs, analytics tools, and databases via REST/SOAP APIs.
  3. Unify customer data with Salesforce Data Cloud for segmentation and predictive insights.
  4. Manage governance, performance, upgrades, and licensing across martech platforms and ensure GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM compliance with robust data models and consent handling.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual who possesses the following qualifications:

  • 5–8 years of hands-on experience in marketing automation, martech integration, and platform architecture.
  • One or more marketing automation platforms (SFMC, Adobe Campaign, Acoustic, Marketo, Braze).
  • SQL for advanced data queries and automation logic.
  • REST/SOAP API design and integration.
  • Programmatic Architecture.
  • Development Lifecycle and Deployment.
  • Data Architecture and Management.
  • Identity and Access Management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong SQL skills for advanced data queries and automation logic.
  • Knowledge of REST/SOAP API design and integration principles.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
