Key to our success is a global team of experts who partner with clients to tackle complex challenges in the energy landscape. We're seeking experienced professionals to join our Operational Transformation practice, driving growth and success for clients in the Retail Energy sector.

About the Role

As an Operational Transformation Specialist, you'll work on impactful projects that contribute positively to communities during the energy transition. You'll design and deliver business solutions across the energy landscape, focusing on Energy Retail, and play a key role in project delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with clients to solve complex problems in a transitioning energy market driven by decarbonisation, distributed energy, local storage, digitisation, and evolving customer expectations.
  • Support incumbent players and new entrants, particularly in the Retail Energy sector, helping them grow and succeed.
  • Collaborate with industry stakeholders and market experts to broaden your skills and industry knowledge.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in the energy industry from management consultancy or internal roles in energy retail.
  • Proven experience in transformation programs.
  • Broad business transformation skills in areas like business architecture, operating models, customer experience, service design, data analytics, and operational excellence.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in teams and support the implementation of change.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including with leadership teams.
