Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Process Transformation Specialist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys process improvement, customer experience and working collaboratively with the business.

This fixed term role will be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Adelaide and will last for 18-24 months.


About the Role

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will identify areas for improvement that drive an increase in customer experience through transforming underlying processes.

You will work closely with the business to understand their needs and develop solutions to improve process performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining relationships with process owners and other stakeholders
  • Analyzing current state process performance
  • Designing and implementing future state process solutions
  • Scoping new projects to uplift process performance and improve customer experience

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A formal certification in process improvement and redesign (e.g. Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt)
  • Proven experience leading or supporting complex redesign initiatives that deliver measurable benefits
