- Main Responsibilities:
- Engage with visitors to build lasting relationships and deliver world-class service.
- Maintain seamless interactions between areas, providing expert product knowledge and showcasing our range solutions.
- Drive sales by understanding customers' needs and presenting suitable options.
- Provide top-notch product knowledge and recommend menu items from our café offerings.
- Create an engaging environment where cycling culture can thrive.
- Communicate positively about the brand, embodying core values: Passion, Determination, Creativity & Communication.
- Maintain high visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
- Support the team in creating an inspiring working environment.
- You have experience in luxury retail environments.
- You are passionate about delivering legendary customer experiences.
- You have a proven track record of driving results and exceeding expectations.
- You are personable, friendly, and a good communicator.
- You can prioritize tasks and demonstrate initiative.
- You have knowledge of the Rapha brand.
- You are flexible and agile, able to adapt to business needs.
- Interest in cycling or active sports is desirable.
