About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional sales leader to drive revenue growth and team success in the ANZ territory. With a proven track record of building high-performing teams and delivering results-driven strategies, you will be responsible for mentoring and guiding a seasoned group of enterprise and mid-market sales professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS sales, with experience selling complex solutions to IT Ops and DevOps leaders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales Engineers, Partner Sales Manager, and Sales Development professionals, to capitalize on new opportunities and drive business outcomes.

You will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the sales team, including recruitment, retention, and performance management. Your expertise in forecasting sales accurately and commitment to achieving quota objectives will be essential in driving business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Directly manage the sales team (6-10 AE's) and develop high-performing sales strategies
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and capitalize on new opportunities
  • Manage the region's day-to-day operations, including recruitment, retention, and performance management
  • Forecast sales accurately and commit to achieving quota objectives
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience building, training, and leading top-notch sales teams within the SaaS vertical
  • 10+ years of experience primarily in direct sales but also channel sales
  • Deep experience selling complex SaaS offerings to IT Ops and/or DevOps leaders
  • Relevant software industry experience in IT systems, enterprise, or infrastructure management
  • A sales track record of leading teams to exceed quota objectives
  • Strong communication skills and a polished approach to management and sales
  • Ability to forecast sales accurately and commit to achieving those figures
