We are seeking a highly skilled ANZ Regional Logistics Expert to manage our day-to-day logistics operations between multiple cities and warehouses across Australia and New Zealand.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a logistics professional to take ownership of our regional logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. As an ANZ Regional Logistics Expert, you will be responsible for managing relationships with freight forwarders and service providers, developing and maintaining strategic partnerships, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily logistics operations, coordinating with multiple cities and warehouses across Australia and New Zealand;
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with freight forwarders and service providers;
  • Hold full accountability for managing 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) operations, including inbound logistics, warehouse inventory, last-mile fulfillment, and reversal logistics across the ANZ region;
  • Act as primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external providers, proactively managing expectations and timelines;
  • Prepare reporting data on costs, timelines, and other key metrics for the wider supply chain and Global Markets team;
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in procedural and cost reporting strategies;
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or a related field;
  • At least 3+ years of experience in logistics operations, preferably with multinational trading operations and/or freight forwarding experience;
  • Experience in managing 3rd-party outsourced logistics solutions;
  • Inventory management knowledge;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • The ability to work efficiently under pressure while handling multiple tasks;
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically;
  • Self-motivation, taking ownership of projects, and proactively working on tasks in an ambiguous environment;
