Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused and proactive professional to provide exceptional service to key accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

Main Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming requests within specified timeframes and handle customer enquiries efficiently and professionally
  • Provide product information, pricing queries and process orders into the system
  • Manage order holds and follow up on customer requests, issues and complaints to resolution
  • Meet agreed department KPIs to drive superior service delivery
  • Communicate proactively with order timelines and develop a strong understanding of our product range
  • Contribute to team continuous improvement initiatives and targets
  • Manage accounts and provide internal sales support to the sales team

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of customer service experience (preferred)
  • 1+ year of system administration experience (preferred)
  • Australia work authorisation (preferred)
