
Key Account Specialist

We're seeking a skilled professional to lead the growth of our Government accounts.
- You will own and grow a portfolio of key accounts with clear territory/account plans.
- Drive new business while partnering with your customer success manager on renewals and adoption.
- Build strong, value-based relationships with executive stakeholders and mobilisers.
- Lead proposals and deliver compelling, customer-focused solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales development representatives, partnerships & alliances to generate and progress pipeline.
- Negotiate and manage partnerships alongside your customer success manager.
- Represent us at conferences, webinars, and industry events.
- Stay across market trends and develop deep expertise in our technology and customer use cases.
- 8+ years closing enterprise sales, ideally in SaaS, consistently hitting quota.
- Experience managing 50+ accounts, balancing new business and growth.
- Confidence engaging Government executives and influencing key decisions at the State and Federal level.
- Proven success in upsell, new logo acquisition, and customer expansion.
- Skilled in value-based selling, building ROI-driven business cases.
- Strong collaborator, able to align internal and partner stakeholders.
- Experience with proposals, quoting, and complex sales cycles.
- Salesforce experience a plus; knowledge of aerial imagery or location content desirable.
