Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop a flexible and scalable conversational AI platform.
  • Fine-tune and evaluate LLM-based models to improve performance, efficiency, and user experience.
  • Contribute to platform engineering across both ML and backend systems.
  • Explore integrations with industry-standard tools and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver impactful AI features.
  • Mentor other Machine Learning Engineers and lift engineering quality and excellence.

Requirements:
  • A strong bias for action and product-minded approach to engineering.
  • A deep understanding of building and deploying ML-powered products, particularly in conversational AI.
  • The ability to influence roadmap decisions and thrive in ambiguous environments.
  • Passion for keeping up with the rapidly evolving AI space and proactively experimenting with emerging techniques.
