AI Engineer Position

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced AI engineer to reimagine how people interact with our platform. You'll work on building and deploying ML-powered products, particularly in conversational AI.

As a key member of our team, you'll take ownership of designing scalable systems that can be used across the product. This is a deeply hands-on role where you'll write code, shape features, and work side-by-side with software engineers.

You'll partner with teams to deliver impactful AI features that feel seamless and genuinely helpful. If you're passionate about crafting AI that feels human, useful, and empowering, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building a flexible and scalable conversational AI platform designed to serve diverse use cases without custom implementations.
  • Fine-tuning and evaluating LLM-based models to improve performance, efficiency, and user experience.
  • Contributing to platform engineering across both ML and backend systems.
  • Exploring integrations with industry-standard tools and best practices.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and deliver AI features.

Requirements:

  • Deep experience building and deploying ML-powered products, particularly in conversational AI.
  • A strong bias for action and a product-minded approach to engineering.
  • Experience working side-by-side with software engineers and solving complex engineering problems.
  • Passion for keeping up with the rapidly evolving AI space and proactively experimenting with emerging techniques.
