Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop a truly flexible and scalable conversational AI platform, serving diverse use cases without custom implementations.
  • Fine-tune and evaluate large language model (LLM)-based models to improve performance, efficiency, and user experience.
  • Contribute to platform engineering across both ML and backend systems, working on complex engineering problems.
  • Explore integrations with industry-standard tools and best practices like MCP and A2A.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver impactful AI features.
  • Mentor other Machine Learning Engineers, lifting engineering quality and excellence.

Requirements

  • Deep experience building and deploying ML-powered products, particularly in conversational AI.
  • Strong bias for action and product-minded approach to engineering.
  • Ability to get hands-on, work side-by-side with software engineers, and solve complex engineering problems.
  • Passion for keeping up with the rapidly evolving AI space and experimenting with new techniques.
