About the Role

  • Design and build scalable conversational AI platforms that serve diverse use cases without custom implementations.
  • Fine-tune and evaluate LLM-based models to improve performance, efficiency, and user experience.
  • Contribute to platform engineering across both ML and backend systems—this is a highly hands-on role.
  • Explore integrations with industry-standard tools and best practices like MCP and A2A.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver impactful AI features.
  • Mentor other Machine Learning Engineers and elevate engineering quality and excellence.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Strong bias for action and a product-minded approach to engineering.
  • Experience building and deploying ML-powered products, particularly in conversational AI.
  • Ability to influence roadmap decisions and thrive in ambiguous environments.
  • Passion for keeping up with emerging AI techniques and proactively experimenting with new approaches.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
